L&M Companies

L&M Family Farms was founded in Johnston County, North Carolina, in 1964 with a focus on growing fresh produce with the principled approach of hard work, respect, passion, leadership and excellence. Those guiding principles are what continues to drive the L&M Companies. Today, L&M manages a growing network of regional and national agricultural producers and farms across the country.

We have worked with L&M since 2014 to create brand packaging, online experiences and merchandising solutions for channel distribution across the country in a variety of wholesale, retail and mass distribution scenarios. In addition to our work on the parent brand, we created several sub-brand identities and supporting packaging as well as stand alone product brands to promote disparate produce and food concepts that vary by type, geography or retail channel.

This work includes designing and managing brands with unique voices and elements concurrently, while ensuring consistency at a high level – giving L&M the ability to effectively react to both market and production scenarios with confidence and agility.
